I understand your point but constitutions depend on the context in which they operate, that is why they are so different. So, I am ok with the idea of inserting clauses with higher inspiration but we should always keep into account the cultural and geopolitical context of Europe.

Comprendo su punto de vista, pero las constituciones dependen del contexto en el que operan, por eso son tan diferentes. Así que me parece bien que se introduzcan cláusulas de mayor inspiración, pero siempre hay que tener en cuenta el contexto cultural y geopolítico de Europa.
