Constitution of the European Federation shall include:

The European Federation will have a common army for the defense of the Federation and will include compulsory military service for all citizens (from 18 years of age) to promote the feeling of unity and cohesion, which may be replaced by services to the community (specially available reservists who would act in the event of natural disasters, CBRN defense (Nuclear, Radiological, Biochemical and Chemical) … For both cases the service time will be the minimum possible, 3 months of instruction in the case of military service and 6 months in the case of substitute service. Persons who have not completed the military service instruction may not occupy positions that may require the use of weapons, such as armed forces, security forces and bodies, customs surveillance service, security guards, private company escorts, explosives guards, rural guards, hunters or sports with weapons.

The European Federation will maintain a neutral position in the face of external conflicts.
The European Federation will not send or have an army outside the Federation’s territory.
The European Federation will not admit any bases of a foreign state in its territory.

The weapons of the European Federation will be produced in industries within the Federation and controlled by the European Federation. Arms factories must also manufacture non-weapons products.
None of the weapons manufactured in the European Federation will be offensive. Weapons will only be produced to defend against possible aggressions from other states. Therefore, the manufacture of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, radioactive, biological, biochemical, chemical and anti-personnel mines) will be prohibited.
The European Federation may not sell arms to states outside the Federation.

The European Federation prohibits the import, circulation, advertising, sale and possession of weapons manufactured in any state outside the Federation.

In a declaration of war, soldiers may refuse to obey orders and use weapons when they are not for the defense of the Federation.
The death penalty may not be used in any situation, not even in the event of a declaration of war.

All Europeans will be educated in Peace, therefore, the subjects of history and religion that serve to promote nationalisms and religions will be eliminated from compulsory education, both have promoted the greatest wars in Europe and the rest of the world. History and religion will be replaced by the study of the history of science, philosophy and human rights.

War is an undesirable situation where some people can kill and rob other people for a time in a certain place. It is an unfair situation that contradicts a peaceful situation where no person can kill or rob another at any time or place.

Groups of people of foreign origin residing in the Federation will not be allowed to possess or use weapons. Failure to comply will imply their immediate return to the states of origin.

Constitución de la Federación Europea incluirá:

La Federación Europea dispondrá de un ejército común para la defensa de la Federación e incluirá el Servicio militar obligatorio de todos los ciudadanos (a partir de los 18 años de edad) para fomentar el sentimiento de unidad y cohesión, pudiendo ser sustituido por servicios a la comunidad (reservistas de especial disponibilidad que actuarían en caso de catástrofes naturales, defensa NRBQ (Nuclear, Radiológica Bioquimica y Química) … Para ambos casos el tiempo de servicio será el mínimo posible, 3 meses de instrucción en el caso del servicio militar y 6 meses en el caso del servicio sustitutivo. Las personas que no hayan realizado la instrucción del servicio militar no podrán ocupar puestos que puedan requerir el uso de armas, como cuerpos de las fuerzas armadas, fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad, servicio de vigilancia aduanera, vigilantes de seguridad, escoltas privados de las empresas, vigilantes de explosivos, guardas rurales, cazadores ni práctica deportivas con armas.

La Federación Europea mantendrá una posición neutral ante los conflictos exteriores.
La Federación Europea no enviará ni dispondrá de ejercito fuera del territorio de la Federación.
La Federacion Europea no admitirá ninguna base de un estado extranjero en su territorio.

Las armas de la Federación Europea se producirán en industrias dentro de la Federación y controladas por la Federación Europea. Las fabricas de armas deberán también fabricar productos no armamentísticos.
Ninguna de las armas fabricadas en la Federación Europea serán ofensivas. Sólo se producirán armas que permitan defenderse de las posibles agresiones de otros estados. Por lo tanto, estará prohibida la fabricación de armas de destrucción masiva (Nucleares, Radioactivas, Biológicas, Bioquímicas, Químicas y Minas antipersonales).
La Federación Europea no podrá vender armas a estados fuera de la Federación.

En la Federación Europea se prohibe la importación, circulación, publicidad, compraventa y tenencia de armas fabricadas en cualquier estado fuera de la Federación.

En una declaración de guerra los soldados podrán negarse a obedecer ordenes y usar las armas cuando no sean para la defensa de la Federación.
La pena de muerte no podrá usarse en ninguna situación ni siquiera en caso de declaración de guerra.

Se educará a todos los Europeos en la Paz, por lo tanto, se eliminarán de la educación obligatoria la asignaturas de historia y religión que sirven para fomentar los nacionalismos y las religiones, ambas han fomentado las mayores guerras en Europa y el resto del mundo. La historia y la religión se sustituirán por el estudio de historia de la ciencia, la filosofía y los derechos humanos.

La guerra es una situación indeseable donde unas personas pueden matar y robar a otras personas durante un tiempo en un lugar determinado. Es una situación injusta que contradice una situación de paz donde ninguna persona puede matar ni robar a otra en ningún momento ni lugar.

Los grupos de personas de origen extranjero que residan en la Federación no les estará permitido la tenencia ni el uso de armas. El incumplimiento implicará su devolución inmediata a los estados de origen.
